Happy Stories
Sazim
One afternoon, Sazim’s father said to his wife : "If my sons life was normal I would feel like touching the moon" After four months, asked again he said : "I have the moon right in my arms"
A doctor referred them to a "Walk for Life" clinic. Sakina, (a Walk for Life senior physiotherapist ) was like an angel to us and assured us everything would be OK – and everything is OK!

Arafat
Arafat’s mother tried to hide her son for seven months after his birth. One day she saw a poster about free treatment for club foot babies. She is delighted with the result. When asked how she is feeling now she cried and said not only is her son’s life changed , she no longer feels bad about having given birth to a baby with this deformity.

Abu Taher
Abu Taher was already walking on his bilateral club feet : His father Shohel is a rickshaw puller, who has a hard time feeding his family let alone affording expensive treatment for his son.
Abu was brought for treatment at Khulna Medical College Hospital. Treatment is going well and his feet are being corrected.

Mohammad Ali
Ali's father Shajahan is a day labourer working for a minimum wage. It was impossible to afford treatment for his son's feet. Shajahan and his wife are now thankful for the Walk for Life free treatment. "I don't know how to show my gratitude, I can’t explain how happy we are now. Our son is not only walking – he is running around! Now he has a future."
